These days with the fear of genetically modified seeds being used in our food, non GMO seeds are becoming popular. Non genetically modified seeds are becoming hard to find with each passing year. If you do manage to find any non GMO seeds, the are generally of the hybrid type. The Portland Preparedness Center ONLY offers non-GMO non-hybrid seeds in our seed banks.
